Patient tech help for the home

Alfie learns your whole home — then handles the tech.

Set it up once from a few photos, and Alfie reads every device's model and warranty. From then on it knows the home — so anyone can just text for help, "the TV won't turn on" actually gets solved, and you hear before a warranty lapses.

Nothing for your parent to download — they just text.

If you're the family's tech support

You didn't sign up to be on call forever.

The phone rings at dinner. The password changed again. It's a 40-minute drive to press one button. And underneath it all, the quiet worry — what did that pop-up actually say, and did they click it?

"Sorry to bother you again…"

The same setting, re-explained for the fifth time — usually right when you sat down.

The scam you hear about too late

A dodgy text, a fake "your account is locked" — and no one to sanity-check it in the moment.

The warranty that quietly expired

The fridge breaks in month 13. The cover ran out in month 12. Nobody was watching the date.

Alfie takes the everyday tech off your plate — and only taps you when a person is genuinely needed.

More afternoons that are just about each other.
The part that matters

Go back to being their kid — not their help desk.

The tech was never the point. The point is the call that's about their week, not the Wi-Fi. The visit spent at the table, not behind the router. Alfie quietly takes the tech off both your plates — so the time you have together goes to each other.

01 · Set it up once

You photograph the home.

Snap each device and its receipt. That's the whole setup — no forms, no data entry.

02 · It reads them

Alfie learns every device.

Model, warranty, service details — read straight from your photos and remembered.

03 · Then it just knows

They text. It answers.

Because it knows the exact device, "the TV won't turn on" gets a real fix — one calm step at a time.

04 · The relief is yours

It's handled — without you.

When a person is genuinely needed, you get the whole story in one text: what broke, what was tried, the exact device, the warranty, who to call. Two minutes — not your Sunday, not twenty questions.

Why it's different

A chatbot forgets you. Alfie remembers your home.

Once Alfie knows a home, the help is specific, the hand-off is complete, and it only gets better the longer you use it.

It knows their whole home

Every device, model, warranty and receipt — read once from photos, remembered for good. So "the TV won't work" gets a real fix keyed to the exact model, and the hand-off to you already has the warranty attached. A generic chatbot starts from zero every time. Alfie doesn't.

They text one number — for anything tech

Not just broken devices. Video calls, WhatsApp, a scam text, the printer. One patient step at a time, no jargon, no app for them to learn.

You hear before a warranty lapses

Alfie watches the dates and pings you while the repair is still free — so a $600 fridge repair stays a $0 warranty claim. It pays for itself in one save.

Safe by design

Never asks for passwords, one-time codes or payments — and flags scam texts instead of following them.

You only pay per person helped

Family who just watch the dashboard are always free.

It gets sharper every time

Every fix teaches Alfie a little more about the home — so the help keeps getting better the longer you're with it.

The relief is the whole point

Two people feel it: the parent who gets help, and you.

Your parent

Texts one number for anything tech. Never made to feel behind.

Alfie

Knows the home. Fixes what it can, safely — one patient step at a time.

You

Get your evenings back. Pulled in only when it truly needs a person — never for a button — with the whole story in hand.

Questions

The things families ask us.

Does my parent have to download an app?

No — that's the point. Alfie is a phone number they text, right in the Messages app they already use. The app is for you, the family: a dashboard, and where you set up the home's devices.

What does "learns your home" actually mean?

You photograph each device and its receipt once. Alfie reads the make, model, purchase date and warranty automatically and remembers them — so it gives real fixes, escalates with the warranty in hand, and warns you before one lapses.

Is it safe? I worry about scams.

Safety is the product. Alfie never asks for passwords, one-time codes, or payment details, and never walks anyone through anything risky. If a message looks like a scam, it stops and flags it.

How much does it cost?

$15/month for the first person, plus $10 for each additional, capped at $45 for the whole home. Family who just watch the dashboard are free. A fraction of the $228–340 a year, per person, families pay for human tech help.
